How to Use

1. Brush your teeth and wipe them dry thoroughly.
2. Twist the base of the pen to dispense a small bead of gel.
3. Keeping lips away from the teeth, apply a thin layer of gel over all tooth surfaces.
4. Leave on for about 30 minutes (or about 15 minutes if using with violet light), then rinse thoroughly with water.
5. Avoid eating or drinking for about 30 minutes after application.
