How to Use

1. Clean and rinse your mouth.
2. Power on the device and select your mode (short press: Red Light Mode → short press again: Dual Red + Infrared Mode).
3. Place the mouth tray gently against your gums and teeth. Keep your mouth relaxed and your eyes closed.
4. Session times: 15 minutes (Red mode) or 10 minutes (Dual mode), with automatic shut-off.
5. After use, wipe the tray clean with a soft cloth. Do not rinse or immerse the device in water.

Suggested routine: use 1–2 times daily. For best results, use the Dual Light mode consistently.

How long is a session, and how often should I use it?
Red Light mode runs for 15 minutes and Dual (Red + Infrared) mode for 10 minutes, then the device switches off automatically. We suggest 1–2 sessions a day. Short-press the button to switch between modes.

How do I charge it?
It has a 3.7V 500mAh rechargeable lithium battery and charges by USB in 1–2 hours. A USB charging cable comes in the box.
