Use it exactly like a regular toothpaste:

1. Apply a pea-sized amount to a soft-bristled toothbrush.
2. Brush for 2 minutes, covering all surfaces — outer, inner, and chewing surfaces.
3. Spit out after brushing. For maximum remineralisation, avoid rinsing with water immediately after — letting the gel sit on your teeth for a few minutes gives the nHAp more time to bind to the enamel.
