Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Smile Kit! If something isn't right, here's how our returns work.
Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In its original packaging
Items that are opened, used, or not in their original condition are not eligible for return.
How to Return
- Email us at info@smilekit.net.au with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our confirmation before sending anything back

Return Postage
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using Australia Post with tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
Want a replacement instead? We're happy to exchange your item! Simply follow the return process above and let us know in your email which item you'd like in exchange. We want every customer to have a smile-worthy experience! 😊
