Smile Kit cannot refund your Teeth Whitening Kit unless the product is defective. If so, the product must be returned within eight days.
A refund is only available if the product is returned in its original state, including all the accessories that came with it.
Partially replaced and used items will NOT be accepted, and no refund will be approved.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the faulty item.
Smile Kit will also refund the return postage costs if the product is defective. However, ONLY standard shipping costs will be refunded, NOT express post.
