Cancellation Policy

At Smile Kit, we offer subscriptions and pre-orders on selected products. This policy explains how you can manage, change, or cancel these purchases.


Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency and duration you select at checkout.

  • Your payment details are stored securely and you'll be charged automatically for each delivery
  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term
  • You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time before the next billing date
  • To manage your subscription, use the link in your order confirmation email or contact us directly

If you cancel after a charge has been processed for an upcoming delivery, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.


Pre-orders

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not yet in stock. Here's how it works:

  • We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, with the remaining balance charged when your order is fulfilled
  • You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled for a full refund
  • Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — however you may be eligible for a return or refund under our Return & Refund Policy
