How to Use

1. Brush your teeth and wipe them dry thoroughly.
2. Twist the base of the pen to dispense a small bead of gel.
3. Keeping lips away from the teeth, apply a thin layer of gel over all tooth surfaces.
4. Leave on for about 20 minutes on its own, or about 15 minutes if using with a blue, red and NIR light device, then rinse thoroughly with water.
5. Avoid eating or drinking for about 30 minutes after application.
